Terms and conditions

General Requirements:

  • $250 Minimum order.
  • resale Tax ID # for our record. Otherwise we charge sales tax.

Payment and terms:

  • First order: Credit report needed and check to be sent at the reception of goods.
  • Terms: Net 30 with approved credit. $45 fee for bank returned check.
  • Please note that we will charge 1.5% interest per month for late invoices.

Shipping :

  • We ship UPS Ground from our warehouse in Los Angeles ,CA.
  • Shipping and handling cost are  passed on to the customers.

Back orders:

  • Unfortunately, items might be out of stock . If this occurs and we expect to complete your order in few days, we will hold it and process it at once. Otherwise , we will back order  the out-of-stock items when available.
  • Back-orders less than $60 or more than 60 days  are cancelled unless required by customer.

Returns:

  • Returns are only accepted for defected items.
  • City bazaar should be notified by email for a return authorization.
  • Defected items must be returned within 7 days of receipt of goods, in their original and unused condition.

Uniqueness:

  • All our products are handmade. As with any handmade product, slight variations occur . n
  • No two pieces are alike. It’s a natural part of the handmade process .

Cancellation:

  • Must be made in writing via email/fax.
